🙆Onboarding New Providers to Berry Street

If you're bringing on a new provider to your group practice, they'll need to complete the following steps to get fully set up with Berry Street. This applies whether you're an existing practice adding a provider or a new practice onboarding your team, and these items are in addition to any onboarding and training you'd like to complete on your end.

Step 1: Complete the Credentialing Form

Each new provider must complete our credentialing form so we can begin the credentialing process with insurance companies. We provide you with a custom credentialing form link upon onboarding, but if you need this link again you can reach out to us at [email protected].

Step 2: Complete the Profile Form

Once the credentialing form is complete, providers should fill out the profile form. Our team uses this information to:

• Create their profile in our provider directory

• Add them to your custom booking flow

• Display their information to potential patients

Step 3: Complete Self-Led Training Modules

While we process their credentialing, new providers can get started on self-led training modules in our Circle community:

These modules cover everything they need to know about using Healthie, setting up their calendar, understanding patient groups, and more.
