🛠️Patient Tracking (Metabase)

We provide two Metabase views to help you easily monitor provider sourced patients coming into your Healthie account across all your providers:

Benefit Check Results Metabase

What it shows: A live view of all patients from your organization who are in the "provider sourced - insurance" client group.

When to use it:

• Monitor new provider sourced insurance patients

• Check benefit check status for patients you've acquired

• Track insurance coverage details

Key benefit: This data matches what you see when you check individual profiles and is the most current and accurate.

PS Private Pay Metabase

What it shows: All provider sourced patients NOT in the "provider sourced - insurance" client group. This includes:

• Patients in "provider sourced - private pay" group

• Patients in any custom groups you've created

When to use it:

• Monitor cash pay patients you've acquired

• Follow up with patients who didn't match with insurance

• Track self-pay opportunities

How to Read the Metabase Tables

'Policy on file' Tells you whether or not the patient has submitted insurance information

'Credit Card (no if empty)' If there's any value here, it means there's a credit card on file

'Internal Statuses' and 'Hold Reasons' Shows whether a patient has been put on hold and, if so, what the reason is

'Internal Notes' Notes from our team on the current status. These may be rough as you're seeing them directly from the source, but they provide real-time context on what's happening with the benefit check process.

Note: Our benefit check and support team work around the clock to run these checks and communicate back. Using these Metabase views, you should be able to see the most recent and accurate information about where each provider sourced patient stands in the process.
