Managing the availability on your calendar is how you decide who and when appointments make it onto your schedule. Info on the appointment types and client groups is but the TLDR is as follows:
Initial Assessment ← This is the availability we look for to schedule Berry Street clients. We'll only book during this time and if you remove the availability you will not be bookable on our end. This will automatically place clients in the "insurance" client group which stands for a Berry Street sourced client.
Initial Assessment - 90 minutes (PS) & Initial Assessment - 60 minutes (PS) ← These are what you should use if you are scheduling a provider-sourced insurance patient for their first session. It will automatically place the client in "provider sourced - insurance" which stands for provider sourced client.
Follow up - 30/45/60 minutes ← These are what we use for insurance follow-up appointments. It does not matter where they are sourced. We recommend setting up availability for all of these as we send out booking links to folks who haven't booked a follow-up after a session.
