Welcome to Berry Street! We’re grateful that you’re entrusting us as a partner to help build your business. Below, you’ll find some details that should help guide you as you begin to onboarding yourself or your providers onto the platform.
RD Community (invite link)- Once your account is created, you can navigate to the Berry Street Onboarding section where there are videos on Healthie usage, account and calendar setup, client groups, etc.
Berry Street Profile - We ask that any providers fill out the profile whether they plan to accept insurance clients or not. This allows us to build a profile for you that can be used for follow-up bookings as well.
