👯Client Groups

We use Healthie's client groups to help us track what type of client they are (insurance vs cash pay) and who acquired them (Berry Street vs provider sourced).

Here are the groups:

• insurance This group is used for Berry Street sourced insurance clients. Any clients that we send you who are using insurance will be in this group and it pay our standard rates.

• private pay This group is used for Berry Street sourced private pay clients. This isn't used all that often as we mostly work with insurance clients and pays the says rates as insurance.

• provider sourced - insurance This group is used for clients that you or your practice acquires yourself. We process insurance all the same as above but we give you credit for bringing this client in. You're free to set up you're own intake for this group if you'd like more than our standard information.

• provider sourced - private pay This group is used for cash pay clients that you or your practice acquires. We let you set these clients up however you like and only pay attention to the credit card charges that are processed. Any client groups that you create on your own are considered in this client group by our system.
